Lavelle Networks Announces Co-Founder Karthik Madhava as CTO

Lavelle Networks, one of the leading SD WAN Vendors, announced Karthik Madhava, who co-founded the company along with Shyamal Kumar (CEO), as its new Chief Technology Officer. A veteran technologist who kick-started his career in 2000 as a Programmer Analyst Trainee of Cognizant, Karthik possesses boasts specialization in Cloud Computing, Distributed Systems, Telecommunications, System-Architecture, Security, Virtualization and Wireless Systems.

In a statement, Karthik said, “As the technologies and products evolve to transform the world into a digital world, I thrive to create products that shape this digital disruption and transformation.” Before co-founding Lavelle, his last stint was Versa Networks. His two decades strong technology experience also spans across organizations like Cisco, Juniper Networks, Wipro, NetApp, Sasken, and Ericsson.

Shyamal commented, “We have established a runaway success in under five years in the hotly contested enterprise SD-WAN market. As founders, we are always pushing the boundaries on growth and innovation. Karthik Madhava, is taking on the role of Chief Technology Officer to pursue our ambitious roadmap on new technologies for network and security automation. We are also actively participating in industry bodies like the MEF to build the exciting future ahead for enterprise internet platforms and services.”

Came into existence in 2015, Lavelle Networks offers customized SD-WAN solutions that are designed for large enterprises and mid size organizations that are using, or plan to use hybrid WAN or cloud applications and are on the path to digital transformation. Classified as a non-government company, Lavelle is registered at Registrar of Companies, Bangalore. The company’s has an authorized share capital of Rs.5,000,000 and its paid up capital stands at Rs. 2,115,970.
