LSEG reveales a partnership with Anthropic providing Claude customers access to data licensed through LSEG offerings, such as Workspace and Financial Analytics. This will be accessible via Anthropic’s enhanced Claude for Financial Services solution – introduced.

This marks the newest achievement in LSEG’s AI strategy – LSEG Everywhere – which provides reliable licensed data to enhance AI in financial services. LSEG’s AI-ready content and taxonomies offer an unmatched depth, scope, and quality, featuring datasets that span multiple decades.

LSEG Everywhere encompasses the implementation of MCP and features new collaborations with enterprise-level AI applications and data platforms such as Microsoft, Rogo, Snowflake, and Databricks.

LSEG is providing access to data authorized via its offerings such as Workspace and Financial Analytics, enabling clients to automate financial assessments. LSEG’s AI-enabled content will be available via MCP in a gradual launch, commencing with LSEG Financial Analytics. After this initial release, LSEG will provide Claude users access to a broader range of licensed AI-ready content, with initial features launching later this month and more data categories coming soon.

LSEG is establishing the benchmark for secure, scalable AI in financial services with its open, LLM-agnostic, infrastructure-focused partnership strategy that facilitates workflows via open protocols like MCP. This assists customers in reducing expenses and specialized engineering while speeding up deployment times.

This partnership enables LSEG and Anthropic to implement shared lead generation strategies. Claude for Financial Services clients can enhance their current data by acquiring licenses for LSEG’s premier Workspace solution. LSEG is collaborating with Workspace clients to ensure licensed enterprise access to Claude.
