Manoj is having more than twenty years of experience in technology, retail and consumer markets. Before his appointment in Manthan, Manoj served as Chief Transformation officer in Future Group where he was a part of IT strategy team and had led number of technology enabled initiatives. Prior to this, Manoj worked for a decade in global companies like Procter & Gamble, Atos Origin in US, where he served the primary roles in business transformation and information technology.

As COO, Manoj will have global functioning responsibility for Manthan's business, and will progress and lead the company's policies, structure, ability and teams towards the company's revenue and growth objectives. The Bengaluru headquarter company said this particular appointment has set different levels of stages for its global growth and advancing technological areas. Manoj has been assigned to develop and direct the company’s strategies and teams, said the company in a press release.
