The new New Relic Autopilot and New Relic Ground Truth capabilities give engineering teams greater flexibility in managing operations.

Organizations can deploy an automated site reliability engineering (SRE) agent fully operated by New Relic or enhance their own custom AI agents through native integration with New Relic’s observability data platform.
The capabilities are designed to improve operational efficiency, accelerate issue resolution, and help enterprises build, deploy, and scale AI-driven applications with deeper visibility and reliable performance insights.
