NPrep Raises Funding from All In Capital, IIMA Ventures

NPrep, a company aimed at placements, is developing an AI-enabled skilling platform for nursing students and professionals, having secured an undisclosed sum in a pre-seed funding round led by All In Capital.

The round included contributions from IIMA Ventures, Chegg (an American ed-tech firm), along with multiple family offices and angel investors, as one of the most notable initial funding rounds in India’s nursing and healthcare training sector.

NPrep plans to utilize the funds to broaden its course selections, enhance its AI-powered learning system, and strengthen collaboration with hospitals and healthcare organizations throughout India.

The startup aims to enhance its regional language support to effectively cater to students from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

The startup seeks to tackle this issue by providing an AI-driven training and employment platform designed for the unique requirements of nursing students and practitioners.

The startup intends to enhance the nursing workforce and advance healthcare delivery nationwide by merging technology with customized assistance

The platform seeks to leverage generative AI to customize learning routes according to a student’s abilities and limitations, replicate real-world clinical situations for enhanced skill development, and deliver immediate feedback.

It will additionally assist students with practice interviews, resume creation, and automated evaluation tools that enhance their preparedness for employment.

The startup intends to enhance the nursing workforce and advance healthcare delivery nationwide by merging technology with customized assistance. In the future, the company intends to broaden its placement services within the country in FY26 and globally by FY27, leveraging its base of medical and technological knowledge.
