Electric vehicle (EV) company Pravaig Dynamics, situated in Bangalore, has welcomed the interns from Tesla who discovered their offers were withdrawn by the Elon Musk-led tech behemoth just weeks before their start dates.

Summer interns with Elon Musk's flagship company, Tesla Inc., are the latest casualties of his cost-cutting efforts. Offers were withdrawn mere weeks before the internships were scheduled to begin.

Pravaig offered assistance as a number of prospective workers vented on LinkedIn about not having enough time to locate summer employment.

"At Pravaig Dynamics we understand the importance of feeling valued and supported in your career pursuits. That's why we want to extend a genuine invitation to those affected by this unfortunate situation," Shivangi Bagri, Partner at Pravaig wrote on her LinkedIn page.

The startup makes high precision EV batteries and electric SUVs. Bagri, who oversees HR at the company, said the Tesla appointment letter was sufficient evidence of the candidate's abilities, background, and promise because it "doesn't simply vanish with a revoked offer".

"While we may not be able to replicate the exact opportunity you had envisioned with Tesla, we can promise a supportive environment where your talents are recognized and appreciated should you choose to move to the Silicon Valley of India and work at Pravaig," she wrote.

"From Big Tech firing people over maternity leave to companies finding every excuse to not fulfil their contracts with employees. It's this piece of disheartening news (about Tesla revoking offers to interns) about our industry that left me truly wanting to do something about it," she said.

Pravaig offered assistance as a number of prospective workers vented on LinkedIn about not having enough time to locate summer employment.

Two senior Tesla executives were fired by Musk in recent days, and there have been rumors that he intends to fire hundreds more workers due to declining sales and the rate at which job layoffs are occurring.

In the post titled ‘Tesla Aspirants’, Bagri mentioned how much unemployment has been in the headlines lately.

According to her, a few people who were excited to begin working with Tesla had their offer letters abruptly withdrawn several weeks before to their planned start date.
