Total Environment Appoints Pavankumar Hansoge as Group COO
Total Environment has named Pavankumar Hansoge as Group Chief Operating Officer, indicating a strategic initiative to enhance its product and project delivery operations. The organization revealed the leadership shift on December 2 in Bengaluru.
Hansoge offers over thirty years of expertise in engineering, manufacturing, and extensive operations in international markets. His career includes experience at Bosch, Unilever, and PepsiCo, where he held the position of Vice President – International Engineering most recently.
In these positions, he directed capital projects, automation efforts, and technology implementations centered on sustainability across various areas. His familiarity with various engineering systems and collaborative settings equips him to assume operational roles at Total Environment, a firm recognized for its in-house integration of design, engineering, and manufacturing. He has a degree in mechanical engineering from B.M.S. College of Engineering in Bengaluru.

Total Environment stated that the appointment is an aspect of its continuous efforts to enhance systems and strengthen operational capabilities while handling an expanding pipeline of residential projects. Founder Kamal Sagar remarked that Hansoge’s expertise in engineering-led transformation and implementation will enhance the company's design-focused strategy and internal product team.

The firm has provided 1,600 residences covering 5.5 million sq. ft. and announced sales bookings of Rs 3,007 crore for 2024. It has approximately 4,000 residences and 14 million sq. ft. in the process of being built.
