Verizon Business and AWS Accelerate AI Applications
          Verizon Business has unveiled a new Verizon AI Connect partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to deliver the robust, high-capacity, low-latency network framework crucial for the upcoming era of artificial intelligence (AI) advancements.
Under the agreement, Verizon will construct new, high-capacity fiber routes for long-distance connections to link AWS data center sites. This will allow AWS to keep providing and expanding its secure, dependable, and high-performance cloud services for clients developing and deploying advanced AI applications on a large scale.
These new fiber sections represent a major investment in Verizon's network expansion, facilitating the AI ecosystem to effectively manage the rapid data increase fueled by generative AI. The Verizon AI Connect solution will offer AWS robust network routes that will improve the efficiency and dependability of AI tasks supported by Verizon’s acclaimed network.
