Wipro Expands Google Cloud Pact to Deploy Gemini AI
Wipro, a leading IT services firm, revealed an enhancement of its strategic collaboration with Google Cloud to implement Gemini Enterprise throughout its worldwide operations and to provide production-ready AI agents to business clients together.
Wipro is set to implement Gemini Enterprise, the next-gen agentic AI platform from Google Cloud, throughout essential corporate functions such as finance, human resources, sales, delivery, and customer support, aimed at accelerating decision-making, boosting operational efficiency, and enriching employee experience, as detailed in a regulatory filing.
Wipro announced that the implementation is part of its Client Zero strategy, whereby it initially deploys and verifies AI solutions internally before providing them to clients via its Wipro Intelligence suite.
"Implementing Gemini Enterprise extensively within our operations strengthens our collaboration with Google Cloud to reshape the future of work and establish a worldwide standard for responsible AI use. This AI-driven change, centered around Wipro Intelligence, will enhance efficiency, flexibility, and expansion—allowing Wipro and our clients to spearhead the upcoming wave of business innovation," states Wipro COO Sanjeev Jain.

In addition to employing Gemini Enterprise in its global operations, Wipro will combine its industry and consulting strengths with the Wipro Intelligence suite to assist shared enterprise clients in transitioning from small AI pilot initiatives to secure, ready-to-use AI solutions that can be expanded.

In addition to the Google Cloud zone, Wipro has introduced a Microsoft Innovation Hub at the same Partner Labs under a fresh three-year partnership aimed at assisting enterprises in speeding up AI adoption across various sectors
The center features over 200 ready-to-use AI agents for industries such as healthcare, banking, insurance, retail, communications, and manufacturing, providing clients with practical access to collaborative Google Cloud solutions.
