Zoho has launched a significant update for its note-taking app, Zoho Notebook, incorporating advanced AI functionalities through its proprietary AI platform, Zia.

The company has broadened the free student version to feature Notebook AI, enabling students to utilize the same smart tools available to business users.

A press release from Zoho states that the updated version of Zoho Notebook aims to transform how individuals and teams gather and oversee knowledge. The update driven by AI streamlines note-taking, organization, and collaboration, enabling users to locate and utilize information with greater ease.

Zoho's Notebook now allows teams to collaborate in shared areas structured by projects or departments. The tool includes a digital whiteboard that accommodates multiple content types, such as text, drawings, and images, facilitating easier idea sharing for teams in a single location.

The profound integration of Zoho Notebook with other Zoho applications, like Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Mail, allows users to handle information effortlessly without having to toggle between different platforms. This integration minimizes the chances of data silos, guaranteeing a uniform workflow.

Users can benefit from Multilingual Voice Search and Translation, which supports 80 worldwide languages, such as Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, Punjabi, Oriya, and Sanskrit.
