Could you provide a brief overview of Eoxys Systems’ journey in the IT services sector?

We began operations in approximately 2010 and have spent over 13 years serving our global clientele with our array of products and services. Eoxys Systems operates as a privately-owned entity and, following a majority stake acquisition in 2021, became a subsidiary of Meritech Japan. Presently, we stand as a leading provider of IoT services, primarily specializing in product engineering services and cloud software engineering services for telecommunications companies and

businesses. Our offerings include production-ready XENO+ ML (Machine Learning) System-On-Module (SOM) modules equipped with wireless connectivity solutions.

Tell us about your flagship IoT products/ offerings and what makes you a reliable choice for customers?

Our flagship IoT offerings comprise a range of production-ready solderable XENO+ ML (Machine Learning) SOM (System-On-Module) modules, specifically designed to empower our customers in creating IoT/ AIML-based devices. These modules come equipped with seamless wireless connectivity options, including WiFi, BLE, LTE, NB-IoT, and LoRa communications. Among our offerings are the XENO+ WiFi+BLE ML SOM module, XENO+ LTE ML SOM module, XENO+ NB-IoT ML SOM module, and the XENO+ LoRa ML SOM module.

With our commitment to delivering cutting-edge, production-ready modules equipped with diverse connectivity features, we aim to empower our customers in bringing their IoT and AIML visions to life effectively and reliably.

What are the issues or obstacles you address for your customers, and could you provide a case study that demonstrates the positive outcomes resulting from your solutions?

In the realm of IoT product manufacturing, companies strive to introduce new products or solutions that cater to the Digital Transformation, Industrial Automation, and Industry 4.0 needs of their end-customers across targeted sectors such as Industrial, Automotive, Medical, and Enterprises. Our XENO+ ML SOM modules play a pivotal role in minimizing their hardware and software development timelines during the creation of their products using our SOMs. Offering a unified pin mapping across all SOM modules, except for RF connectivity, ensures

software compatibility among all variants of customer devices. Our XENO+ ML SOM modules provide customers with the advantage of Firmware Over-The-Air (FOTA) capability, allowing them to remotely update MCU Application binaries, ML Model binaries, and Modem binaries. This flexibility empowers customers to initiate IoT use cases and seamlessly transition to ML use cases on the same device in the future.

How would you characterize the team responsible for devising these solutions? What skill sets do they possess, and how do these capabilities contribute to the company's competitive advantage in the market?

Our in-house engineering team possesses specialized expertise, crucial in the successful development of our ML SOM modules both in hardware and software domains. To maintain a competitive edge, our team has dedicated efforts toward constructing user-friendly components within our ecosystem. Notably, they've crafted the XENO+ SDK, encompassing networking and machine-learning C APIs, as well as the XENO+ PC Flashing tool. Additionally, they've created essential infrastructure such as the FOTA Server, enabling over-the-air upgrades for application binaries and ML models, along with a secure Bootloader designed for serial flashing. I extend my gratitude to Harish Sachdeva, Meritech's group CEO, whose unwavering support has been instrumental in successfully launching these innovative products.

What future prospects is Eoxys Systems exploring to attain its objectives? What developments can the company be anti-cipated to pursue in the future?

With the escalating demand for IoT and AI/ML-driven Digital Transformation, Industrial Automation, and Industry 4.0 requirements across diverse verticals, we perceive significant opportunities to establish ourselves as a key facilitator, empowering every IoT Product Manufacturer to construct their IoT and AI/ ML products utilizing our ML SOM modules. Moving ahead, our primary focus remains on augmenting customer adoption of ML SOM modules in their designs, alongside concerted efforts in marketing to raise global awareness about the capabilities of XENO+ ML SOM modules.

Moreover, our vision includes enabling university students and researchers to materialize their novel product ideas and experimental endeavors. We aim to provide them with the tools and resources necessary to gain practical experience with sensors, conducting experiments in IoT or AI/ML-based scenarios. This initiative aims to foster hands-on learning experiences, facilitating innovation and exploration within these domains.
