Our solutions include NFC and chip-based smart card authentication, ensuring secure patient identification, along with end-to-end encryption (AES, RSA) and role-based access control for data protection. We use AI, including NLP, for medical diagnostics and prescription recommendations, as well as predictive analytics for risk assessment and treatment optimization. Our solutions also focus on interoperability, seamlessly integrating with Electronic Health Records (EHR), Hospital Management Systems (HMS), and pharmacies, while utilizing blockchain for secure medical data sharing. Who are the primary clients for your healthcare solutions?
Since 2017, our flagship healthcare solution has been successfully implemented for the Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India. This scheme provides comprehensive healthcare benefits to retired defense personnel and their dependents, covering around 72 lakh beneficiaries through a smart card-based system. The entire ecosystem is paperless, automating all healthcare processes for ECHS.
Key achievements include the automation of 430 ECHS polyclinics and health units across India and Nepal, integration of around 700 touchpoints, and an average of 60,000 daily visits at ECHS facilities. Additionally, over 2,000 private empanelled hospitals and diagnostic centers have been integrated into the system, enhancing healthcare access and efficiency for beneficiaries.
