What are your flagship Unified Endpoint Management solutions, and what value propositions make them ideal for your clients?
Our flagship solution, IPM+ Unified Endpoint Management, offers a modular suite covering asset and patch management, security and compliance, endpoint backup, employee productivity monitoring, and utilities like data mirroring and sync. The standout feature is our US-patented AI PowerMind Engine, which drives significant energy savings, up to 50 percent per endpoint, across real-world deployments.
IPM+ is built for deep insight and control, with over 450 dashboards and analysis of 200+ parameters per endpoint. This gives clients real-time visibility into inventory, performance, utilization, security, and productivity. Despite its depth, the IPM+ agent has an ultra-light footprint, consuming less than 3 percent CPU, as validated by PassMark benchmarks, ensuring zero performance degradation.
Certified by reputed institutions like TERI, EDIE UK, and Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, IPM+ is also trusted by major banks and has passed security audits by CERT-IN empanelled auditors. The combination of intelligent automation, energy efficiency, real-time analytics, and strong security posture makes IPM+ a top choice for organizations seeking sustainable, scalable, and secure endpoint management.
Could you share a case study reflecting the positive outcomes and pain points addressed through one of your solutions or services?
During the COVID-19 pandemic, a major Indian insurance company with over
18,000 endpoints faced severe audit compliance issues due to poor visibility and control in a hybrid work model. Their compliance levels dropped below 50 percent with their existing solution. After switching to IPM+, they saw compliance improve to over 80 percent within three months. With the IPM+ Policy & Compliance Engine, they enforced 500+ custom policies in real time. The solution’s low network footprint and automated remediation features reduced IT workload by 40 percent, enhancing employee productivity and lowering operational costs. The client continues to use IPM+, citing its reliability in complex, distributed environments.
How would you describe the brains behind building and deploying these solutions? What level of expertise do they bring to the table?
The IPM+ product suite is the result of over 250 engineering years of dedicated innovation and development. The leadership team brings decades of experience from global tech giants such as HP, Dell, and Apple. They also played a crucial role in shaping Aadhaar 1.0’s architecture and have provided strategic technology consulting to key government organizations including India Post and the Income Tax Department. Collectively, the team holds more than 15 granted US patents, with several more currently in the pipeline. Their deep domain expertise, combined with a proven track record of large-scale deployments, ensures that IPM+ is built on a foundation of technical excellence, innovation, and real-world performance.
What is the next chapter planned for Vigyanlabs?
Vigyanlabs is focused on transforming its product lines with a strong emphasis on sustainability, powered by its patented AI technologies. A key part of this vision is the continued development of India’s first Green Micro Data Center (Micro DC), where the company is leveraging what it calls the AI Energy Paradox, the idea that while AI consumes significant energy, it can also be harnessed to drive major energy savings. This principle is at the heart of Vigyanlabs’ innovation. Looking ahead, we are advancing our affordable, patented private cloud and Green Micro DC solutions. Additionally, Vigyanlabs is expanding its cloud portfolio by offering AI as a Service (AIaaS), bringing powerful, sustainable AI capabilities to a broader market.
