Growing up in a small village, I observed how challenging it was for people to secure meaningful jobs. This shaped my vision for establishing WalkingTree Technologies in 2008, to create impactful careers, especially for individuals from rural areas.
Our name symbolizes standing firm like a tree, offering stability and support. Over 16 years, we’ve mentored more than 1,000 people and grown to a team of 280+ across Hyderabad, Agra, Noida, the U.S., and Dubai. Our ventures, including WalkingTree Resources, Qritrim (AI Platform), and EngazeWell (AI Talent Recruitment), are tackling industry challenges through innovative solutions. My co-founder, Pradeep Lavania, and I remain committed to making a lasting, positive impact on employees, clients, and communities.
