Arinox AI and Langoor Marketing Transformation Pvt Ltd have announced a strategic alliance to provide sovereign, on-premise AI solutions to enterprise marketing teams in regulated industries.

The collaboration merges Arinox's CommandCore™️ + Kogo OS, private AI infrastructure, with Langoor's marketing transformation expertise, providing businesses in banking, insurance, and other data-sensitive industries a way to implement agentic AI without transferring customer data to cloud systems.

The collaboration is aimed at a particular and expanding issue. The country's personal data protection legislation, along with industry-specific regulations and additional oversight bodies, has elevated data residency and processing locations to a top priority for any organization utilizing AI on customer information.

Simultaneously, the expenses associated with acquiring customers keep increasing, while conventional third-party targeting frameworks are being dismantled worldwide. Businesses are seeking methods to implement AI in marketing while avoiding increased compliance risks.

Instead of introducing an additional tier to the marketing stack, the collaboration provides a deployment framework—Marketing AI In A Box—a toolkit for marketing teams or creative agencies that require AI to function within their own managed setting. Arinox offers the private infrastructure and an agentic AI operating system; Langoor supplies the strategy, execution, and continuous transformation efforts necessary for achieving business results.

The framework is limited to regulated and data-sensitive applications, customer interaction, personalization, and campaign management where data must remain within the enterprise perimeter. Its purpose is to supplement, rather than substitute, the wider array of marketing AI strategies that companies employ throughout various aspects of their operations.

Marketing leaders are increasingly asked to deliver AI-led outcomes while also answering tougher questions about where their customer data lives and who processes it

Venugopal Ganganna, CEO of Langoor, an LS Digital company says, “Enterprises don’t need another tool. They need a coherent way to apply AI across the marketing lifecycle, grounded in their own data and their own strategy. This partnership brings Arinox's sovereign infrastructure together with Langoor's transformation practice to give regulated enterprises a deployment path that respects data residency from day one. It sits alongside the proprietary AI capabilities we continue to build within Langoor, and is one of several ways we help clients operationalise AI in marketing.”

Ajay Kharbanda, CEO, Arinox AI says, “Marketing leaders are increasingly asked to deliver AI-led outcomes while also answering tougher questions about where their customer data lives and who processes it. Our partnership with Langoor gives enterprises a way to deploy agentic AI on their own infrastructure, with a transformation partner who can translate the technology into commercial results.”
