Brigade Group has signed management agreements with Hyatt Hotels Corporation to develop two Hyatt Regency hotels in Bengaluru, adding a combined 600 rooms to its hospitality portfolio in the city.

The proposed properties will be located at Brigade Global Park and Brigade Group’s upcoming integrated township on Whitefield-Kadugodi Road. Both hotels will be part of large mixed-use developments designed to cater to business travellers, meetings and events, social celebrations and leisure visitors.

Brigade Estates and Projects Private Limited, an entity of Brigade Group, has signed the agreement for Hyatt Regency Bengaluru at Brigade Global Park. Located within the group’s 25-acre integrated engineering and business ecosystem, the hotel will feature approximately 350 guestrooms and suites, along with around 25,000 square feet of meeting and event space and multiple dining options.

The second property, Hyatt Regency Bengaluru on Whitefield-Kadugodi Road, will be developed under an agreement signed by Ananthay Properties Private Limited, another Brigade Group entity. The hotel will comprise approximately 250 guestrooms and suites, diverse food and beverage offerings, and extensive event facilities.

These will include a ballroom spanning more than 1,000 square metres, a large pre-function area and additional meeting spaces.

Both hotels are expected to offer all-day dining restaurants, speciality restaurants, grab-and-go options, rooftop bars, pool bars, fitness facilities and flexible event spaces.

The two developments strengthen the partnership between Brigade Group and Hyatt while expanding Bengaluru’s planned hospitality capacity to serve its growing commercial and leisure sectors

Nirupa Shankar, Joint Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises Limited, said the agreements marked an important step in strengthening the group’s hospitality portfolio in Bengaluru. She added that integrating hotels into larger mixed-use developments would support long-term value creation for the city.
