Generative AI startup Darwix AI has successfully secured $1.5 million in a new funding round intended to enhance its omnichannel conversational intelligence platform, focused on revolutionizing enterprise sales interactions in sectors like BFSI and retail.

This funding round saw participation from investors including Rebalance, Inflection Point Ventures (IPV), and JITO Incubation and Innovation Foundation, along with Growth Sense, Growth91, and notable angel investors such as Ankit Nagori, Sanjay Suri, Amit Lakhotia, and Mekin Maheshwari.

Founded by IIM alumni Ajay Sethi and Hanit Awal, Darwix AI is building what it calls an industry-first, full-stack GenAI platform for enterprises to drive contextual, intelligent conversations across voice, chat, email, and in-person channels.

“We are solving a real gap in how enterprises manage sales conversations. Instead of fragmented point solutions or black-box AI, we are offering a unified stack with real-time intelligence and automation,” says Ajay Sethi, Co-founder of Darwix AI.

The fresh capital will be used for product development, hiring, and deepening market presence globally

The startup’s generative AI stack is already live across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, and is now targeting accelerated growth in the US. Its solution is tailored for large enterprises and features a proprietary multi-tenant LLM stack, tightly integrated with industry software and custom hardware to ensure enterprise-grade performance.
