As the pilot project transitions to its subsequent stage, the ministry is in the process of creating a National Highway Quality Monitoring Portal for the dissemination of test reports conducted by these mobile units via an online platform. The platform offers up-to-the-minute GPS tracking for mobile vans, allowing for transparent supervision and data-informed supervision of quality inspections on National Highways.
"The portal provides real-time GPS tracking of the mobile vans, enabling transparent monitoring and data-driven oversight of quality checks across National Highways'”, it adds.
