After showcasing one of the best IPO debuts of the decade, Happiest Minds Technologies Limited, digital transformation and IT solutions company, announces changes in its management. The company appoints Joseph Anantharaju as Executive Vice Chairman and Venkatraman Narayanan as Managing Director & CFO. Happiest Minds’s former Non-Executive Director Avneet Singh Kochar, who was a Director representing CMDB II, erstwhile investor in the Company, has stepped down and the board has accepted his resignation.

thankful for Avneet’s valuable contributions on the Board particularly for supporting Happiest Minds through the IPO process and we wish him the very best.” With the latest tweak, Happiest Minds’ management team now comprises, Anita Ramachandran (Independent Director), Ashok Soota (Executive Chairman), Joseph (Executive Vice Chairman), Rajendra Kumar (Independent Director), Shubha Rao Mayya (Independent Director), and Venkatraman (Managing Director & CFO).

From its fixed prices of Rs.165-166 per equity share, implicating an upper end offering values of Rs.702 crore, the company achieved a staggering premium of 110.84 percent from its initial share price, listing at Rs.350 per share. The ₹702 crore IPO was subscribed 150.98 times during its three-day sale on BSE, making it one of the most successful IPOs of the decade. The company traded with the symbol HAPPSTMNDS.

Founded in 2011, Happiest Minds offers IT solutions powered by technologies like big data analytics, internet of things, mobility, cloud, and unified communications. The company had recorded a revenue of ₹714.2 crore in FY20. Cupola Technology Pvt. Ltd, an IoT Engineering company that develops solutions for domains such as Industrial, Telecom, Smart Homes, Wearables, and Logistics, is a subsidiary.
