The fourth-largest software exporter in the nation, HCLTech, announced that Verizon Business in the US had awarded them a huge contract for managed network services (MNS).

According to reports, the firm anticipates that this agreement will increase revenues over the course of the following six years, starting in November 2023, with an estimated new total contract value of $ 2.1 billion.

In all global MNS implementations for enterprise customers, HCLTech will be Verizon Business' main partner, the two companies announced in a joint statement. While HCLTech will be in charge of post-sale implementations and ongoing support, Verizon Business will be in charge of sales, solutions, and customer acquisition.

A chosen number of Verizon Business Global Customer Operations employees will move to HCLTech to carry out the closely coordinated balance of duties at an enterprise level.

Customers will be able to choose from a portfolio of best-in-class managed network services, highly digitized experiences with data-driven service models, frictionless lifecycle management, a large end-to-end partner ecosystem, and joint innovation on an integrated platform thanks to the partnership.
