IT services major HCLTech has secured a contract with M Group, a critical infrastructure services provider operating across the UK and Ireland, to transform IT operations across more than 200 sites.

Under the agreement, HCLTech will deploy its AI Force service transformation platform to provide AI-driven managed services spanning infrastructure and end-user operations. The engagement is aimed at optimizing M Group’s IT environment while strengthening operational resilience and establishing a scalable digital infrastructure to support its business growth.

The deployment will support M Group’s broader digital transformation initiatives across multiple sectors, including water, energy, technology, communications, transport, and defense.

By integrating artificial intelligence into its IT operations, the company expects to streamline processes, improve service delivery, and enable employees to work more efficiently.

HCLTech’s AI Force platform is designed to apply AI capabilities across IT service management and operations, helping organizations automate processes and address operational requirements at scale.
