Infosys, a worldwide leading next-generation digital services and consulting company, is set to release its fourth quarter and annual (financial year ended on March 31) financial results on April 14 at around 03:45 PM IST.

The leadership team will engage in a joint press conference at 4:30 PM IST following the release. The conference will be broadcasted live on Infosys website's Investor Relations section, and the participating executives will also answer questions from the media. On April 14, 2021, after 7:00 PM IST, the archive will be accessible via company’s official website.

The company has also announced that it will hold a single conference call with time duration of 60-minutes at 06:00 PM IST; investors’/analysts’ voluntary presence is welcomed as well. The company's success will be discussed, and participants' questions will be answered by the senior management.

Infosys' stock, which has a market capitalization of about Rs.6 lakh crore was increased by 114 percent in FY21 and 8.9 percent in the quarter ended on March 2021.

Moneycontrol explored how the stock has done in the last 12 quarters of three years, just 15 days before the company issued its report card. The stock has returned at least 10 percent in each of the last four years. On the results front, investors will be anticipating the company's forecast for FY22.
