ITC Infotech, a worldwide provider of technology services and solutions, and InsureMO, the international insurance infrastructure platform, today revealed a strategic partnership to assist insurers in speeding up modernization via agentic AI.

The collaboration will primarily target the Middle East, Africa, and India, with intentions to grow into other markets.

The partnership combines two synergistic strengths: ITC Infotech’s K-Fabric agentic AI system, which manages autonomous AI agents throughout business processes, and InsureMO’s network of over 2,500 atomic APIs covering policy, claims, underwriting, distribution, and product setup.

InsureMO’s APIs are created using open, structured formats, allowing AI agents to identify, invoke, and integrate them into functional insurance applications, serving as a key technical facilitator. Therefore, K-Fabric’s agents do not require custom integration or exclusive connectors to function on InsureMO. They just invoke the APIs.

For insurers in the Middle East, Africa, and India, the collaboration tackles a distinct issue involving the necessity to update operations and introduce new products swiftly, without incurring the expenses and risks associated with replacing current core systems.

InsureMO’s API layer operates alongside existing legacy systems, whereas ITC Infotech’s AI agents streamline processes that typically demand months of manual setup and integration efforts.

Through the partnership, the two firms will collaborate on creating AI-powered insurance solutions, beginning with smart underwriting, automated product setup, and claims process automation.
