Juniper Networks Collaborates with ConnX to Drive AI-Driven WAN Adoption & Leadership Across India

Juniper Networks, a leading secure AI-driven Network, positions ConnX, an AI-driven communication transformation in a partner role to India and the SAARC region, as a service platform provider. ConnX will bring to light Juniper's vision of an end-to-end AI-based automation, insights and action from the client to the cloud and steer clear Juniper’s solutions and Session Smart SD-WAN across India.

ConnX has been a long-time 128 Technology partner, having developed, introduced, and sponsored over 5,000 sites across AMER and EMEA, with over 30 years of experience leading the digital transformation of major Fortune 500 companies.

Earlier the company was recognized as a leader by the, '2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Wired and Wireless LAN Access Infrastructure', is set forward to using automation and proactive AI-driven operations to simplify how enterprises use their networks while enhancing the network experience of customers.

“With this agreement we look forward to helping Juniper customers to navigate the needs of a new borderless workforce, leveraging AI and automation to realize the significant cost advantages and the benefits of rapid service delivery, global scalability and predictive customer experience while mitigating the operational complexity of supporting and maintaining fragmented and siloed communications services”, added Gosh.

Session Smart Network Portfolio blended with WAN Assurance and Marvis Virtual Network Assistant, where both based on Mist AI are together cooking-up a true AI-driven SD-WAN solution.

Customers benefit from fully integrated AIOps, security, and troubleshooting across the WLAN, LAN, and WAN for lower costs and improved end-user experiences. As Juniper continues to grow its campus and branch portfolio, it combines all under the Mist AI umbrella.

ConnX will be able to extend its reach into the Indian market as a result of the new local partnership agreement, and will assist enterprise customers in India in transitioning from fragmented and siloed communications services to an integrated, AI-driven, multi-service collaboration platform powered by Juniper Networks.

“APAC market growth in cloud native/mobile-first and IoT applications is accelerating with the adoption of AI-driven over-the-top top connectivity and collaboration services. Under this partnership ConnX will offer hosted/ managed services including AI-WAN/SASE, SaaS optimization and intent-based routing, network security, UCaaS, CCaaS and AIOps driven Service assurance to enterprise and Service Provider customers in India and SAARC countries”, said Arun Soni, SVP and Country Head-APAC, ConnX.
