Microsoft has recently incorporated artificial intelligence into its products by bundling the ChatGPT technology with its Power Platform, which enables customers to construct applications with little to no coding.

The incorporation of generative AI, a technology that has garnered prominence for its capacity to produce text responses to inquiries that are human-like, into big tech companies' products is accelerating, from Alphabet Inc. to Baidu Inc.

Power Virtual Agent, AI Builder, and other business intelligence and app development tools were updated with the new features, according to Microsoft.

To provide summaries of weekly reports and client inquiries, Power Virtual Agent, a solution for businesses to create chatbots, can now link to internal company resources.

Microsoft also announced that its CEO Satya Nadella would host a discussion on reinventing productivity with AI on March 16.

Also, Microsoft has updated its business management platform Dynamics 365 based on the technology and added generative AI capabilities to AI Builder, which enables companies to automate workflows.

The most recent edition of Microsoft's tool, Dynamics 365 Copilot, which consists of a variety of applications for sales, customer service, and marketing, incorporates AI to automate a number of processes, including data collection and analysis and the creation of email campaigns, among others.

Over nine out of 10 workers, according to a recent survey on business trends quoted by Microsoft, expect AI to eliminate monotonous chores from their professions. With Dynamics 365 Copilot, the software behemoth claims, businesses will be able to provide their staff with AI solutions designed specifically for roles in sales, service, marketing, operations, and supply chain. According to Microsoft, in the long run, AI will enable everyone to spend more time on the rewarding aspects of their professions and less time on tedious ones.

Microsoft also announced that its CEO Satya Nadella would host a discussion on reinventing productivity with AI on March 16.

Outside of its well-known Windows operating system and search engine Bing, the corporation has not yet disclosed AI improvements for its Office productivity suite, which includes Word and Excel.
