NVIDIA, Google, OpenAI among 400 Exhibitors at India AI Expo

Dominant AI ecosystem players Nvidia, Google and OpenAI are among 400 exhibitors who will participate at the five-day-long India AI Impact Expo 2026, according to reports.

Arvind Kumar, Director General of Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), informed PTI that the expo will act as a platform for connecting participants in the AI ecosystem, with Indian innovators presenting their capabilities as well.

Key AI ecosystem leaders like NVIDIA, Google, and OpenAI will be part of 400 exhibitors at the India AI Impact Expo. Their senior leaders have also verified their involvement.

Kumar stated that more than 100 countries have verified their participation in the summit, featuring 50 delegations at the ministerial level.

He mentioned that the preparations for the India AI Impact Summit and Expo began right after Prime Minister Narendra Modi declared that the next AI summit would take place in India.

"We have begun working on the expo." The complete summit, which includes the expo, is scheduled for February 16th to 20th. Nearly all the technology firms in the nation are involved in this. "Numerous government agencies and ministries will be involved in it," he stated.

The India AI Impact Summit will be centered on three main pillars – People, Planet, and Progress, with conversations revolving around employment and skills training, sustainable and energy-efficient AI, as well as economic and social growth

The exhibition will take place in a space covering approximately 75,000 square metres at Pragati Maidan.

Kumar mentioned that the expo will feature sessions aimed at linking start-ups with investors.

Approximately 700 sessions are scheduled over five days to discuss AI and its effects.

It comprises seven thematic working groups, co-led by members from the Global North and Global South, which will provide concrete outcomes, such as suggestions for AI Commons, reliable AI tools, collective computing infrastructure, and tailored compendiums of AI applications by sector.
