Following high consumer demand, Ola Electric, India's leading electric two-wheeler manufacturer, said that it will begin to extend the 1.1 lakh pricing offer for S1 Air to everyone beyond reservers.

Initially, the Ola community and reservers who booked the S1 Air before July 28 could get it for Rs 1,09,999. The new electric scooter was to be available to all other customers on July 31 at a reduced price of Rs 1,19,999.

However, Ola CEO and founder Bhavish Aggarwal stated that the business has chosen to make the S1 Air available to anyone at Rs 1.1 lakh due to high demand.

The Ola S1 Air features cutting-edge technology as well as design elements carried over from its predecessors, the S1 and S1 Pro.

"S1 Air demand has crossed our expectations. Many asking us to open the Rs 1.1 lakh offer to all beyond reservers. We’ll extend the offer to ALL tonight 8pm onwards till 15th August 12pm. All our stores will be open till midnight tonight. Crazy demand, buy fast for early delivery!," he tweeted.

Ola has positioned it as a low-cost electric two-wheeler with a 3 kWh battery capacity, a certified range of 125 kilometers, and a top speed of 90 kilometers per hour.

Ola has opened its 750th EC and expects to grow to 1,000 centers by August. These centers provide a variety of services to consumers in one convenient location, with 90% of Ola customers living within 20 kilometers of an Ola Experience Center.
