
OnePlus 2 5G is OnePlus' First Model to Feature MediaTek Processor

OnePlus Nord 2 5G has finally landed in India and it’s the third Nord series succeeding its previous version that was launched last year. Compared to its previous version which boasts a quad rear camera including a dual selfie camera, the OnePlus Nord 2 5G comes with a triple rear camera and a pouch display with a single selfie camera.
It also houses a more powerful chipset and bigger battery which is said to charge fast, totally exceeding the capabilities of its predecessor.
Additionally, OnePlus unveiled wireless earbuds, the OnePlus Buds Pro and the smartphone on the other hand, is the first to feature a MediaTek processor among the rest of the company’s smartphones.
One can purchase the smartphone at the cost of Rs.27,999 for the base 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant, its 8GB + 128GB option is priced at Rs.29,999 and its 12GB RAM + 256GB model at Rs.34,999.
For those aching to acquire the new smartphone, pre-orders can be placed on Amazon and OnePlus starting July 26th and it will be available for purchase from July 28 through Amazon, OnePlus.in, OnePlus Experience Stores, and retail partners such as Vijay Sales.
However, for online orders it will be available only to Amazon Prime subscribers and OnePlus Red Cable Club members on the OnePlus.in website and through the company's physical retail channels.
On the rear of the phone, there is a triple camera setup with a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary sensor, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP mono lens.
•Gray Sierra, Blue Haze, and Green Wood are the three colours available for the phone.
•The OnePlus Nord 2 has a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, a 90Hz refresh rate, and sRGB and P3 colour compatibility.
•The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 5G chipset and will come in three different RAM configurations: 6GB, 8GB, and 12GB.
•The phone's 6GB and 8GB RAM models will have 128GB of storage, while the 12GB RAM model will have 256GB.
•A 4,500mAh battery with 65W Warp Charging is also included with the phone.

•It has an enhanced Zen Mode integration and Audio ID profiling tuning the listening experience to the user's preferences.
•The earbuds last seven hours without ANC and five hours with ANC on a single charge. With Warp Charging, users can receive 10 hours of battery life in 10 minutes, including the buds and case.
•Other features include a 94ms low latency, Bluetooth 5.2, and non-OnePlus phone support for the HeyMelody app.
