Plazza to Expand to 20 Bengaluru Stores by Year-End
Delivery-focused omnichannel pharmacy startup Plazza is set to expand its Bengaluru footprint to 20 stores by the end of 2026, up from its current two outlets, as it strengthens its delivery-first pharmacy model.
The company plans to open eight additional stores over the next three months and aims to cover 70-80 percent of Bengaluru before expanding into other cities within the next year.
The expansion follows Plazza's successful $15 million Series A funding round, co-led by Accel, Elevation Capital, and Nexus Venture Partners, with participation from existing investors All In Capital and Better Capital.
"We currently have two stores in full operation and expect eight additional ones to open within the next three months," said Aman Priyadarshi, Founder and CEO of Plazza. "By the end of the year, we aim to operate around 20 stores. Over the next three to four years, our long-term goal is to build a network of 3,000 stores."

Priyadarshi added that the company intends to use the fresh capital to deepen its presence across Bengaluru before entering new markets. "We want to cover 70-80 percent of Bengaluru through this funding round. Once we achieve that, we will begin evaluating expansion into other cities in about a year," he said.
