Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy confirmed that the State Government will reinstate the plan to build the Pranahita Chevella project at Tummidihatti and initiate the project shortly.

During a public gathering at Pipri on Monday, the Chief Minister pledged that all outstanding irrigation projects will be finalized in the state.

Reddy stated, 'We will reinitiate the Pranahita-Chevella project at Thummidihatti, and it is my duty to supply irrigation water to Adilabad and convert this area into a verdant and fertile landscape."

Additionally, the CM stated that the cornerstone for Adilabad Airport will be set on June 2, coinciding with Telangana Formation Day.

"The underdeveloped Adilabad district, previously lacking in transport options, will now receive air connectivity. The state administration conducted a number of discussions with the center and obtained approval for an airport," he stated.

In a robust rebuttal to the BRS claims regarding the Market yards' development, CM Revanth Reddy challenged the leaders of the former government for neglecting to initiate such projects.

The BRS governed the state for a decade. The Chief Minister stated that there was no noteworthy progress during the previous administration.

"Reddy stated that the 'Gadi Palana' was rejected by the people, who then endorsed the People's Government."

Emphasizing that the Congress will maintain control and govern the state until 2034, the Chief Minister stated that Congress addressed public concerns even as the BRS government pursued legal actions against its leaders, ultimately restoring the party to power.
