ThoughtSpot, the Modern Analytics Cloud company, announced that it has reached a definitive purchase agreement over Diyotta, a pioneer in modern data integration solutions. This new partnership with Diyotta would benefit the company by being able to quickly extend integrations with best-of-breed services in customers' modern data stacks.

With the acquisition, the company will hire more than 60 new employees in North America and India to accelerate the growth of the Modern Analytics Cloud, adding 25 percent more headcount to the global R&D team and 50 percent more headcount to the R&D team in India, including a larger presence in Hyderabad.

The acquisition of Diyotta will help the company extend its Modern Analytics Cloud ecosystem by connecting and integrating its analytics platform with technologies from around the industry.

Customers will now be able to easily integrate ThoughtSpot into their new cloud architecture and gain immediate value for their company. The acquisition of Diyotta, in particular, would speed up integrations with modern data systems, AI and ML services, and web-based data applications.
