Unbox Robotics Raises $ 28 Million in Series B Round

Unbox Robotics, a company specializing in supply chain robotics technology, has secured $28 million (Rs 243 crore) in Series B funding, spearheaded by ICICI Venture and Redstart Labs (Infoedge), with additional investments from F-Prime, 3one4 Capital, Navam Capital, Force Ventures, and other current investors.

The financing round, which includes both primary and secondary capital, will be used to bolster the leadership and engineering teams, speed up new product development, and broaden market reach in India and certain international markets, the company says.

Established in 2019, Unbox Robotics develops modular robotic solutions for warehouse and intralogistics activities. The firm integrates swarm-intelligence software with 3D robotic sorting hardware to manage expansive robot fleets, assisting businesses in automating order fulfillment and increasing throughput without substantial fixed infrastructure.

The company located in Pune collaborates with clients throughout India, Europe, and the US, including those in ecommerce, retail, and third-party logistics industries.

Pramod Ghadge, Founder and CEO, stated that the company intends to utilize the new funds to enhance its products and grow into international markets.
