Xiaomi's Redmi Note 10T 5G Priced Below Rs.16,000 is Up for Sale
Step in line, as Xiaomi's new Redmi Note 10T 5G, the brand’s first 5G phone in India, will be up for sale this afternoon in India. The brand also launched a microsite that displays the smartphone’s features prior to its launch.
It has already been introduced on various European markets, but this is a first for the smartphone to make to the Indian markets.
In terms of design, the new smartphone appears to be much different than that of the Poco M3 Pro 5G which was released in the country last month.
The Redmi Note 10T 5G has a 90Hz display and triple rear cameras. It also has a hole-punch display design and comes in two different configurations with four different colour selections. In general, the Redmi Note 10T 5G competes with the Realme 8 5G and Samsung Galaxy M32, including the prices of the three, as they all fall below the Rs.15,000 budget.
Hoping back to Redmi Note 10T 5G, the new smartphone supports dual SIM and runs on MIUI 12 based on Android 11. The phone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 700 octa-core processor with up to 6GB of RAM.
The 4GB + 64GB storage option of the Redmi Note 10T 5G starts at Rs. 13,999 in India. The phone is also available in a 6GB + 128GB storage configuration costing Rs. 15,999. It will be available starting today at 12 p.m. (noon) on Amazon, Mi.com, Mi Home stores, and offline retailers in the colors Chromium White, Graphite Black, Metallic Blue, and Mint Green
It boasts a triple rear camera array with a 48-megapixel primary sensor and an f/1.79 lens for images and movies. A 2-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.4 macro lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with an f/2.4 lens are also included in the camera system. The Redmi Note 10T 5G also has an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with an f/2.0 lens.
Coming to its storage, the Redmi Note 10T 5G offers a storage capacity of up to 128GB. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.1, and a USB Type-C connector are among the smartphone's standard connectivity options. An IR blaster, 5G compatibility, NFC, and a 3.5mm headphone jack are all included in the smartphone.
