MMG Group previously invested in YatriKart through a strategic equity investment in 2024. The latest partnership expands that relationship, supporting the company's plans to build a technology-enabled convenience retail network at locations frequently visited by commuters and travellers.
YatriKart has already started deploying Quick Stop stores across Delhi NCR. The initial phase will focus on high-footfall locations, including fuel stations, highways, bus stands and other transit hubs, before the company expands into additional markets.
YatriKart currently operates more than 80 stores across eight cities. Its outlets are located at petrol pumps, hospitals, corporate parks, highways, bus stands and other transit locations. The compact stores offer coffee, food, beverages and everyday essentials, enabling customers to purchase products while commuting or travelling.

As part of its digital expansion, YatriKart also plans to introduce a consumer app that will help users locate stores along their routes and place orders in advance. At participating fuel stations and designated locations, customers will be able to receive their orders directly from their vehicles.
Gaurav Rana, Founder and CEO of YatriKart, said the company sees significant potential in making everyday essentials more accessible to people on the move. He noted that the partnership would support its nationwide expansion, with an emphasis on reliable store operations, technology, supply chain efficiency and consistent execution.

He pointed to the company's five years of experience across Indian Railways, Delhi Metro, hotels, hospitals and temples, as well as its network of approximately 500 partner stores.
Agarwal also highlighted the company's efforts to refine its business model, strengthen its technology infrastructure and focus on retail formats with greater growth potential. According to him, YatriKart has established corporate partnerships that provide access to a potential pool of approximately 60,000 locations.
The planned rollout of 1,000 Quick Stop stores with MMG Group forms part of YatriKart's broader goal of establishing 5,000 outlets across India over the next five years.
Through the expansion, the company aims to build a recognisable convenience retail network at locations where people commute, work and travel, bringing everyday products closer to consumers beyond traditional retail settings.
