In an exclusive interview with CIO Insider Magazine, us, the man at the helm of Abdul Hafiz Khan the President of Delixus Software India Pvt. Ltd, shares some interesting insights about his services and the digital ecosystem.He is an alumnus of IIT Madras.

Where is Delixus positioned in the current IT services industry?
Delixus expects that there will be an increased focus on digital transformation in 2021 and beyond. While cybersecurity professionals have spring access to networks and applications, the digital transformation has led to an expansion of connected environments where protection of perimeter is not enough. Hackers and other malicious individuals continue to target weak links, and for that reason, security must be embedded into all applications as the first line of defence.
Delixus continues to invest in the technologies and personnel that enable it to deliver best in class services to its clients. It has a large number of openings for talented and aspiring professionals who can make a positive impact on the company’s guiding principle 'Clients First'.
Could you explain how Delixus highlighted the contributions of women entrepreneurs to the US economy and what did it mean for the company when the Obama administration used the report to set policy guidelines?
Delixus conducted a study for the National Women’s Business Council(NWBC), Washington DC, under contract with the General Services Administration. The members of the Council are prominent women business owners and leaders of women’s business organizations.

The objectives of the study were Quantitatively defining the number of women entrepreneurs applying for and receiving patents and trademarks analysing the differences in the number of women applying for and receiving patents and trademarks as compared to men.
Using data obtained from the United States Patents and Trademarks Office the contri butions of women entrepreneurs in specific industries were segmented and analysed. Differences in the rates at which patents and trademarks are assigned by men and women to their employee companies were studied. This landmark study was used by the office of President Obama to set policy for increasing the participation of women in technology innovation.

Over the last 20 years, due to changing trends, technology companies struggle to gain a solid base. Delixus aims at riding these trends and navigating the resulting disruption. For understanding the trends better the key is comprehending the digital ecosystem as a whole.

The strategies utilised to increase collaboration with integrating emerging technologies, adapting to the shifting work landscape heightening digital trust, and harnessing the power of the hybrid cloud platforms.
