How We Support Our Customers
At THE NXTSERV, about 70 percent of our customers are on managed services, which enables us to maintain close, regular engagement that goes far beyond sales interactions. To ensure ongoing improvement, we conduct structured monthly service reviews, where we track issues, analyze recurring tickets, and proactively address gaps. This approach strengthens relationships, enhances service delivery, and builds long-term customer confidence.
What are the service areas that you focus on right now?
Earlier, our focus was primarily on cloud workloads and migrations, but today THE NXTSERV has expanded into FinOps for cost optimization, Generative AI, Cybersecurity & Audit services, multi-cloud management, and full-stack coverage across infrastructure, cloud, middleware, and databases, including support for legacy products.
We emphasize continuous upskilling and customer education, consistently delivering value through regular updates, reports, and best practices. A recent success in the BFSI sector was the seamless upgrade of a client from Oracle sunset version to the latest version (Oracle database), where our team not only ensured a smooth migration but also executed many disaster recovery drills under RBI compliance flawlessly, earning recognition for setting a high benchmark in Oracle database management.
What future opportunities do you plan to tap into over the next few years?
Our roadmap is to position THE NXTSERV as the go-to partner for SMBs and mid-market customers by delivering affordable, scalable Generative AI solutions, Cloud Cost Optimization, and Cybersecurity services through ready-to-deploy models.
In the coming years, we are expanding our footprint to Bangalore, Coimbatore, and Pondicherry, while also investing in training young professionals from smaller towns in cloud and Gen AI, nurturing the next wave of skilled talent.
While collaborations are not our immediate priority, we remain open to strategic partnerships that align with our vision of sustainable growth and innovation.
