In a significant effort to enhance the passenger experience at Indian airports, Gautam Adani's Adani Airport—India's largest operator of Public Private Partnership airports—is preparing to implement advanced AI solutions intended to revolutionize the traditional passenger help desk experience.

As per an official announcement, Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL), which is a subsidiary of billionaire Gautam Adani's Adani Enterprises Limited, has teamed up with enterprise AI leader AIONOS to implement a multi-lingual, omni-channel AI solution across airports managed by the Adani Group company.
