Salesforce has revealed its partnership with SmartBridge, a talent accelerator and edtech organization, to aid the ‘YuvaAI Bharat: GenAI Skill Catalyst’ program—a countrywide effort aimed at preparing learners throughout India with AI skills for the future.

The initiative seeks to educate 100,000 individuals by the conclusion of 2026, focusing on students as well as professionals.

Spearheaded by SmartBridge, the program aims to connect academia and the workforce by providing scalable AI training via Salesforce Trailhead, the organization’s complimentary online learning platform. Trailhead will provide a combined approach of live expert sessions and self-directed learning, allowing participants to acquire practical skills in AI and digital technologies.

After finishing, participants will receive digital certifications that confirm their proficiency in AI-based business applications. The initiative focuses significantly on Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, assisting learners in attaining the ‘Agentblazer Champion Level,’ a qualification that improves job prospects via industry-relevant education.
