Suzlon Group Names Rahul Jain as CFO
Suzlon Group has announced the appointment of Rahul Jain as the new Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective from 15th December 2025.
After more than 20 years in corporate finance, Jain dedicated almost 17 years to SRF and has recently stepped down from his role as Group CFO. Jain spearheaded a financial overhaul at SRF, enhancing systems, utilizing technology, and reinforcing financial discipline throughout his time there.
The company stated that his efforts contributed to both organic and inorganic growth by discovering new opportunities and maximizing capital allocation.
"We are delighted to announce Rahul Jain's addition to the Suzlon leadership team as we begin the next phase of our growth and transformation journey. Rahul will be essential in enhancing our strengths and developing a future-ready conglomerate with his strategic knowledge in financial transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and fundraising," stated Girish Tanti, Vice Chairman, Suzlon Group.

Before joining SRF, Rahul spent ten years at Jubilant Organosys, aiding in its growth efforts. Rahul, a Chartered Accountant by profession, possesses a wealth of experience from esteemed organizations.
